Earlier today, CM Punk stopped by the FOX 5 Studio in Washington D.C. for an interview. Punk discussed his "dream opponents" and why past superstars are important to today's younger stars. Punk also talked about The Rock and Brock Lesnar returning to the WWE.
Perhaps the most interesting part of the interview is when Punk is asked about Stone Cold Steve Austin. Punk jokingly pokes fun at Stone Cold and adds a little intrigue to the match that we fans want to see. Perhaps Stone Cold and CM Punk will face each other at some point in the future. Regardless, we can always dream about the potential matchup.
Personally, I like CM Punk as WWE Champion. He is not the typical "big" wrestler that everyone seems to expect. In the interview, the news anchor even talks about how CM Punk does not fit the typical stereotype of a professional wrestler.
Other topics discussed include WrestleMania, CM Punk's life as WWE Champion, tonight's Raw Supershow and more.
Also, be aware, at the very end of the video, CM Punk gives tonight's main event match. If you do not like spoilers, skip in the video from 6:55-7:05.
So that's all I have for you today. Be sure to tune in tonight at 9 p.m. ET for the Raw Supershow.
